耆萃匯自我進修系列﹕身心靈健康 Network of Ageing Well for All (NAWA) Self-learning Series: Physical and Mental Well-being |
香港中文大學賽馬會老年學研究所「耆萃匯」於2018年6月15日舉辦了一個「耆萃匯自我進修系列﹕身心靈健康」的活動。當日活動由「耆萃匯」會員策劃,並分別由會員何樹忠先生擔任「大笑瑜伽」及曾翠凌女士擔任「園藝治療:水苔球製作」的導師。當日活動有31位人士參加,包括「耆萃匯」會員、中文大學的職員及學生。大部份參加者都非常投入,度過了一個愉悅及輕鬆的下午。以下為參加者的分享: The "Network of Ageing Well for All (NAWA)" of CUHK Jockey Club Institute of Ageing has held an activity named "NAWA self-learning series: Physical and mental well-being" on June 15, 2018. Organized by NAWA members, two members (Mr. Donny Ho and Ms. Annsears Tsang) acted as tutors of Laughter Yoga and Horticultural Therapy: Moss Ball Production respectively. There were 31 participants, including NAWA members, staff and students of CUHK. Most of them were very dedicated and enjoyed a cheerful and relaxing afternoon.
