Biography
Nicole is interested in goal pursuit in late adulthood and how to motivate older people to live a fulfilling and meaningful life. She has worked on research projects covering various topics, including what motivate older adults in general, why Hong Kong older people prepared less for their old age, what older adults consider meaningful. She is experienced in structural equation modeling, multilevel modeling and longitudinal data analyses.
